Lakefront and near lake properties often have sloped or terraced yards, which is the single most common thing that changes our setup plan. A slope you barely notice walking across it can rule out a taller unit, so we ask about grade before your date rather than discovering it in your driveway.
Station Camp and the neighborhoods off Long Hollow Pike give us the flattest, most open yards in the area, and those are where we place our larger combo units most often. Walton Ferry and the older streets closer to the water tend to be tighter, and a standard bounce house is usually the better fit there.
Drakes Creek Park and Sanders Ferry Park are both regular delivery spots for us, and both require you to reserve your pavilion or field with the city first. Sanders Ferry in particular is popular for family reunions because of the lake access. We also see steady bookings from Sumner County Schools events and from churches around the Indian Lake and Gallatin Pike corridor.
The run from Ashland City over to Hendersonville is about 35 miles around the north side of Nashville. We schedule it as a normal route, arrive ahead of your start time, anchor the unit to the surface we find, and come back for takedown when you are done.
Weather is a bigger factor here than in the inland cities we serve. Wind coming off Old Hickory Lake can pick up in the afternoon even on a calm morning, and inflatables have a hard limit on what they can safely operate in. If conditions turn on your date, we will tell you straight rather than set up something that has to come down an hour later. We would rather move a booking than run a unit we are not comfortable with.
The other Hendersonville detail worth planning for is access. Several of the older streets near Walton Ferry and the lake have narrow driveways and limited street parking, which affects where our truck can stop and how far the crew is carrying a unit. If your street is tight or parking is restricted on weekends, mention it when you book so we can schedule enough time and bring an extra set of hands.
